After decades of distinguished service in the banking sector, Sanjeev Naryani, a seasoned financial professional with over 42 years of experience, embarked on a bold new entrepreneurial journey. Leveraging his vast leadership and operational expertise, Naryani has launched a new venture focused on addressing one of the most critical needs in today’s dynamic business landscape — Manpower Solutions.
The newly formed company, Aurum TalentFlow HR, is poised to offer end-to-end staffing and workforce management services tailored to meet the growing demand for skilled and semi-skilled professionals across industries. With a mission to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, the firm will provide recruitment, temporary staffing, outsourced HR services, and workforce consultancy to clients ranging from startups to large enterprises.
Drawing from his deep understanding of corporate operations and risk management, Naryani aims to instil a culture of trust, efficiency, and compliance within the manpower industry — a sector that is rapidly evolving in the face of digital transformation and changing workforce expectations.
Sanjeev Naryani is a veteran Banker, has held top management positions like: MD & CEO of a shared services company, Chief General Manager in a large PSU Bank, Executive President and National Business Head for a private sector bank and has a banking experience of over 3 decades of experience in global and domestic environment, in the Banking & BFSI industry covering Manpower supply and management, full spectrum of Banking businesses covering Wholesale, Retail, Treasury, Forex, Housing, Digital & Personal Banking. Completed executive MBA from IIT Mumbai and further honed management skills at Leadership Development Programs at ISB Hyderabad. Brought transformational changes to reshape the business strategy, processes, and risk management. Has a hands-on experience in managing business, across various verticals in India & abroad, starting career as Probationary Officer in the largest PSU Bank, and took the ladders to rank of Chief General Manager in the Bank.
In his stint as Executive President, Head Business, in pvt Bank where, got an opportunity & responsibility to drive the Bank’s core value through business execution and elevating the top line significantly through a low cost, high touch model. During the tenure, the Bank witnessed the paradigm shift in processes and customer experience through technology interventions, which helped the Bank to emerge as one of fastest growing Bank in the segment.
In 2022, launched the largest Bank’s subsidiary as MD&CEO. Built this wholly owned subsidiary to which, Bank could outsource non-core activities like data/ back-office processing activities, sourcing activities etc and since then working closely with the Bank to extend any support which can help in incremental business, reduced operating costs or better customer experiences through outsourcing arrangements. The company received the approvals and was operationalised in the shortest time.
The company, in the shortest span in history has scaled up its workforce to a significant sizeable number, with positive feedback being received from most of the geographies pan India on performance, value add and excellence in delivery with special focus on compliances and risk management.
Our endeavour now is to make the Aurum TalentFlow HR as One Stop Shop for Talent Acquisition or any activity that any business intends to outsource manpower for, under low-cost execution model and to making it a biggest value proposition for their company by bringing in a fresh, structured, and performance-driven approach to the manpower management landscape.
